Brendon’s roots on the East End go back six generations. This strong connection to the community influences his business and daily life, as he brings a solid reputation for integrity and trustworthiness to each of his client relationships.
A Montauk Native
Brendon studied in New Zealand, earning a bachelor’s degree in geography and environmental management from Otago University. Returning to the Hamptons, he worked for 15 years with a leading landscaping/construction firm, became a certified arborist and managed a large crew while serving as the firm’s representative to estate clients.
Inspired by his work in this field and seeing the need for a more personalized, skilled level of estate management, he founded Prado & Associates in 2019. His clients value his proactive approach, reliability, insider knowledge of the East End, and long-term industry relationships and connections. Brendon has been a dedicated volunteer fireman for 15 years, he lives in East Hampton with his wife Erica, owner of The Tack Trunk equestrian shop in Amagansett, and their children.
